The CodeWarrior IDE includes a state-of-the-art source-level debugger. The debugger can execute your program one statement at a time, suspend execution when control reaches a specified point, or interrupt the program when it changes the value of a designated memory location. When the debugger stops the program, you can view the chain of function calls, examine and change the values of variables, and inspect the content of the processor's registers. To make debugging your software even easier, the compiler error message window includes a fully-editable source code window; select a particular error warning and the relevant source code is displayed for you to inspect and correct.
